Yes indeed, this is the final countdown. Tara is at 37 weeks and counting. Pretty soon we'll have our new daughter joining us in our home...at last! Grandma and Grandpa Layton helped us put the finishing touches on the baby's room by painting some stars on her already blue accented walls, and by bringing over a cradle that was hand made by Ben's dad for Ben when he was born! Teresa put some hard work in to make some adorable bumpers for the cradle and to get the bedding all ready!

I loved the pictures. I can't believe it is already here. I'm getting impatient - but I'm sure you guys feel that times 100. I don't know how long it will take for me to get used to my mommy and daddy being called Grandma and Grandpa Layton.I always picture Grandpa Layton with gray hair and snoring though, so maybe the transition won't be too hard.:)
